Below is the new level classification for the 2025/2026 season.
This classification provides an overview of the different levels at which teams will play.
Please note that changes in age categories are not included here; however, the level remains the same at all times.
LEVEL CLASSIFICATION LIST 2026-2027
Please note:
The age category you may dance in next season is not included in this list. This list only concerns the level division.
Whether someone is promoted to a higher level depends on their results throughout the entire season. This may include, for example, achieving a top 2 placement at championships, ranking highly in the overall standings, or receiving exceptionally high scores from the judges.
Please keep in mind that a 1st place with scores of mostly 8s is naturally not the same as a 1st place with mostly 5s and 6s. Likewise, a 1st place in a category with 4 participants is not comparable to a 1st place in a category with 14 participants. This means that promotion decisions are not always completely black and white.
Next season, you will start in the assigned level. During the first competitions, the head judges will take an extra close look to determine whether the level is appropriate. If it turns out not to be the right fit, it is possible that you may later be moved to a different level.
Do you feel that the level for your solo or duo is not suitable? Please send us an email after your first competition. We will then review the results together with the feedback from the head judges.
Has your team changed by more than 50% and do you think the assigned level is incorrect? Please submit a new video for a level assessment no later than one month before the first competition.
The video must be at least 1 minute long and should show full-out dancing.
If you do not yet have a video, there is no point in requesting a new level assessment. If the video is submitted too late, your team will compete in the assigned level during the first competition, after which we will evaluate which level fits best based on the results of that first competition.
We wish everyone a wonderful holiday and of course hope to see you all again next season at one or more competitions!
Keep an eye on your email, socials, and website over the coming months. All information regarding the new season will be shared there.matie over het nieuwe seizoen zal daar worden geplaatst.
